Opt-Out of Onsite COVID Testing

Opt-out of COVID Testing 

Families can opt-out of rapid or PCR COVID testing that ECA may conduct onsite using this form. ECA may test students if they exhibit COVID-like symptoms during the day, if they are close contacts as part of a “test to stay” regimen, or asymptomatic testing. ECA may also test student if their families did not submit a COVID test result after a long weekend or holiday break as a “test to return” protocol.
