Technology Appointments are Necessary

Parents must have an appointment when bringing their child’s device to the school for repair or exchange. We are unable to assist parents who walk-in without prior arrangements made with our IT Team.

 

Please always contact ParentHelp@ecapcs.org and leave your name and phone number. Someone on the IT team will contact you by phone or email to determine whether the device needs to be brought in and to provide you with an appointment time.
