The District is operating pop-up clinics at schools to encourage students to get vaccinated. Children 5-17 and accompanying adults can get vaccinated (including boosters for 16+) at this site.

Children 5-11 must be accompanied by a parent or a trusted party (who must be 18+). If a child comes with a trusted party, the parent must have a printed and signed copy of the Trusted Party Consent Form and the trusted party must have their ID). Consent forms must signed with 24-hours of the vaccination clinic.
Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Families will be given more details about their child’s second dose after their first dose. No appointment needed.
