School Lunch Program

Early Childhood Academy PCS provides breakfast, lunch, and after-school snacks daily to all students at no cost.

 

ECA participates in the following Child Nutrition Programs through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as administered by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE): National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, and Seamless Summer Option (SSO). 

 

All meals served under the NSLP and the SSO, adhere to the USDA meal pattern requirements, rules and regulations and are provided free of charge regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, and disability. Additionally, ECA will provide meal modifications for participants with disabilities and will adhere to all special dietary needs that have been submitted for any student.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
